Information is used to operate AI answering workflows, route urgent requests, support booking, improve service quality, provide dashboards, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse and manage billing.
Service Providers
Intellicore may use secure third-party providers for voice AI, telephony, payments, email, messaging, hosting, analytics and customer support. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention And Security
Operational data is retained for service delivery, support, billing, audit and legal purposes. We use access controls, environment-based secret handling and server-side integrations to reduce exposure of sensitive systems.
